Welcome to AutoCoder.cc! These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Soaring Wind Limited (the operator of AutoCoder.cc, hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," "our," or "AutoCoder.cc") and you (the "User" or "you").
Please read and understand these Terms carefully before registering, accessing, or using AutoCoder.cc and its related services (collectively, the "Services"). By clicking "I Agree" or by actually using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and any documents incorporated herein by reference (such as our Privacy Policy).
I. DEFINITIONS

"Platform":Refers to the autocoder.cc website, subdomains, mobile applications, and developer tools controlled or operated by us.

"Credits": Refers to the digital units obtained on the Platform through purchase or promotional grants, used to pay for AI inference, code construction, or deployment services.
•
"Customer Data": Refers to any code, text, images, database schemas, and applications that you input, upload, store, or generate via AI instructions within the Service.
•
"AI Output": Refers to responses, suggestions, or source code generated by the Platform based on your input, utilizing large language models (such as models hosted on Amazon Bedrock, etc.).
•
"Infrastructure Providers": Refers to third parties used by us to host the Services and run AI models.
II. LICENSED USE AND RESTRICTIONS

Grant of License Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform within the scope of your subscription plan.

Prohibited Conduct You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

Reverse Engineering: Attempt to extract AI model weights, system prompts, or any underlying logic.
◦
Automated Abuse: Use robots, crawlers, or scripts to consume service resources in bulk or simulate human interaction without prior written authorization.
◦
Compliance Restrictions: Attempt to extract AI model weights, system prompts, or any underlying logic.
◦
Malicious Competition:Use AI Output to train or develop AI models or platforms that are in direct competition with AutoCoder.cc.
III. BILLING, CREDITS, AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

3.1 Credit System

Purchased Credits: Acquired through payment, non-refundable, and do not possess the attributes of cash deposits or financial instruments.
◦
Free/Promotional Credits: We may issue credits based on promotional activities. Free credits typically have a short validity period (e.g., daily reset or weekly expiration), as specified in the user interface.

3.2 Automatic Renewal By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method (e.g., Stripe, Alipay) on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via account settings; upon cancellation, you may continue to use the remaining benefits of your current billing cycle.
•
3.3 Record Benchmarking All billing data and credit balances shall be governed by the records on our servers. In the event of a dispute, our calculations shall be final and binding, absent manifest system error.
IV. AI USAGE DISCLAIMER
This is a core provision of this agreement. You understand and agree to the following:

Non-Absolute Accuracy: AI-generated code and suggestions may contain syntax errors, security vulnerabilities, or logical biases.
•
User Audit Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the applications you build. You must perform sufficient testing, code audits, and security checks before deploying AI Output to a production environment. AutoCoder.cc assumes no legal liability for any business interruption, data breach, or system failure resulting from the direct adoption of AI suggestions.
•
Non-Uniqueness of Results: AI may generate similar outputs for different users. Your proprietary rights to the output are subject to the definitions of "machine-generated content" under existing intellectual property laws.
V. CUSTOMER DATA AND PRIVACY PROTECTION

5.1 Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your "Customer Data."
◦
To the extent permitted by law, you own the rights and interests in the code you generate through AI.

5.2 Data Processing and Transfer

AI Inference: To execute the Services, your prompts and relevant code snippets will be transmitted to Infrastructure Providers (e.g., AWS Bedrock). This data is protected by enterprise-grade encryption during transmission and storage.
◦
Model Training Restrictions: Unless you explicitly opt-in to our "Community Training Program" or use public modes in the free tier, we will not use your private code to train our base models.

5.3 Sensitive Information Prohibition You are strictly prohibited from uploading sensitive information subject to special legal protections (e.g., HIPAA medical data, full bank transaction histories, original identity documents). The Platform is not designed for the compliance requirements of such highly sensitive data.
VI. SUBDOMAINS AND HOSTING
If you use a [name].autocoder.cc subdomain:

We retain ownership of the domain name.
•
We reserve the right to reclaim subdomains due to:

(a) trademark infringement;
◦
(b) dissemination of illegal content;
◦
(c) prolonged inactivity (no updates for over 90 days); or
◦
(d) involvement in phishing attacks.
VII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND OWNERSHIP

AutoCoder Assets: The platform architecture, UI design, brand logos, built-in templates, and proprietary algorithms are our intellectual property.
•
Feedback License: Any suggestions for improvement you provide to us are non-confidential. You agree that we may use such feedback globally, perpetually, and without compensation for product iteration.
VIII. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 "As Is" Provision The Services are provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, delay-free, or error-free at all times.
•
8.2 Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of AutoCoder.cc to you (whether in contract or tort) shall be limited to the total amount of service fees actually paid by you to us in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
IX. TERMINATION

Termination by User: You may terminate this agreement by deleting your account or ceasing use of the Services.
•
Termination by Platform: We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services without prior notice if you violate these Terms or relevant laws. Upon termination, any unused credits (whether purchased or free) will be forfeited without compensation.
